Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities from OEMs and Industrial Customers.
- Identify, map, and acquire new customers in assigned territory.
- Develop relationships with Purchase, Design, R&D, SCM, and Management teams.
- Convert RFQs into profitable orders.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive topline growth with healthy Gross Profit (GP).

- Identify localization and import replacement opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and SCM teams.
- Support project execution and on-time delivery.
- Follow up on payments and receivables.
