Role: Business Development Manager

Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities from OEMs and Industrial Customers.
  • Identify, map, and acquire new customers in assigned territory.
  • Develop relationships with Purchase, Design, R&D, SCM, and Management teams.
  • Convert RFQs into profitable orders.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive topline growth with healthy Gross Profit (GP).
  • Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiations.
  • Maintain strong sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.

Key Account Management

  • Manage strategic accounts and increase wallet share.
  • Develop account growth plans and customer engagement strategy.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Development

  • Track new projects, expansions, and industry investments.
  • Identify localization and import replacement opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and SCM teams.
  • Support project execution and on-time delivery.
  • Follow up on payments and receivables.
