KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop scalable full stack applications using Flutter, Python, and Spring Boot.
- Build high-performance cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter.
- Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python and Java Spring Boot.
- Architect secure and scalable distributed systems for fintech products.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices.
- Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence.
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and regulatory requirements in fintech systems.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
ò 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
ò Minimum 5+ years of experience in Flutter development.
ò Strong backend development experience in both Python and Spring Boot ecosystems.
Education
ò Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Frontend
ò Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
ò Experience building responsive mobile and web applications.
ò Experience integrating REST APIs and real-time services.
ò Understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile performance optimization.
Backend
ò Strong experience in Python backend development using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask,
or Django.
ò Expertise in Java and Spring Boot for enterprise-grade microservices.
ò Experience designing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
ò Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security.
Database & Cloud
ò Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
ò Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
ò Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
Engineering Practices
ò Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture.
ò Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.
ò Knowledge of testing frameworks, monitoring, and observability tools.
ò Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
