Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 46 years of proven expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end IT hiring, stakeholder management, and sourcing high-quality technology professionals across various skill sets. The candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Source high-quality IT professionals through various channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, experience, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer discussions, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on current IT market trends, emerging technologies, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time (TAT).
Desired Candidate Profile
- 46 years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Mandatory experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and hiring processes.
- Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media platforms, and networking channels.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining recruitment databases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and adherence to hiring timelines.
