QA Engineer Generative AI Applications
Role Summary:
Responsible for validating the quality, accuracy, safety, and performance of GenAI applications such as chatbots, AI agents, and RAG-based solutions, with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulations, and data privacy requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases for GenAI applications.
- Validate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and hallucinations.
- Test prompts, conversational flows, and edge cases.
- Verify RAG retrieval quality and response grounding.
- Perform API, UI, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Conduct AI safety testing, including prompt injection, bias, and compliance assessments.
- Automate testing and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Software QA and Test Automation.
- Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
- Proficiency in Python and testing tools such as PyTest, Selenium, Playwright, or Postman.
- Healthcare domain experience with knowledge of healthcare processes, terminology, data privacy regulations (HIPAA or equivalent)
