Role & responsibilities quality Executive (job description) ò To monitor quality testing raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure food safety and quality standards compliance. Conduct routine sampling and testing of products based on standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other industry-specific standards. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality reports. Prepare and review quality documentation such as product specifications, certificates of analysis, and audit reports. Identify areas for improvement in quality systems and production processes. Participate in root cause analysis and suggest solutions to reduce defects and enhance product quality. Inspect and test all incoming raw materials (e.g., seasoning, oils, Rice, corn, etc.) for chemical composition, physical properties, and safety parameters. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that raw materials meet agreed-upon specifications. Evaluate the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for all raw materials to verify safety and quality standards compliance. Maintain accurate records for all quality checks, test results, and material certificates. Create detailed reports on the quality of incoming materials and monitor any trends or recurring issues
