Job Title: Q-Com Performance Marketing Manager
- Planning and Monitoring in-App visibility spends and Execution. Making Visibility spend Strategy in line with JBP, monitoring daily and maximizing ROI. This is the role for someone who treats every campaigns like an experiment and every metric like a personal challenge.
Key responsibilities:
Q-com growth -
- YouÆll own growth on Q-com platform through on app campaigns.
- YouÆll plan, execute, A/B Test, optimize aggressively and own performance end to end.
- Launch, analyze, optimize and iterate on-app campaigns to drive orders and repeat users
- Own the full consumer funnel.
Collaboration with cross functional teams -
- Form and execute monthly performance marketing plans with KAMs.
- Build and execute performance led strategies on meta google and other digital media to compliment q-com sales in alignment with platform and marketing teams.
- Regular settlement of claims in coordination with Finance team.
Analytics and Reporting û
- Building dashboards / surface actionable insights to drive smarter decisions.
Who are we looking for?
- MBA / B Tech
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably digital first startups).
