Role Overview:
As a KAE - MT, you will be the driving force behind achieving sales targets and expanding our presence in modern trade channels. This role demands a proactive, relationship-driven professional who can manage key accounts, optimize distribution, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for your assigned region across modern trade outlets.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, close distribution gaps, and execute impactful on-ground strategies in collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAM).
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with retail chains, supermarkets, and hypermarkets to ensure business continuity and growth.
- Distributor & Account Management: Oversee distributor operations including primary and secondary sales, stock levels, credit terms, claims settlement, and receivables.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and share accurate sales reports and performance insights with KAM on a regular basis.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate your team, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve sales objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in modern trade.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in regional language for effective relationship building.
- Proven ability to manage distributors and key accounts with a focus on achieving targets.
