Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Control Tower Executive to manage and monitor day-to-day last-mile delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless order fulfillment, optimize fleet utilization, track operational KPIs, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and drive continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time last-mile delivery operations.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and SLA adherence.
- Track KPIs including TAT, Rider Availability, Fleet Utilization, and Order Fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouses, city operations, fleet teams, customer support, and vendors.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for operational issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements.
- Support fleet planning and demand-supply management.
- Ensure SOP compliance across operations.
- Drive process improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Control Tower, Central Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or Q-Commerce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Data-driven approach with strong planning and coordination skills.
Technical Skills
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query preferred)
- MIS Reporting

- Basic SQL (Preferred)
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
