Food Preparation
- Prepare ingredients such as washing, cutting, peeling, marinating, and portioning.
- Cook and assemble menu items according to company recipes and SOPs.
- Ensure consistency in food taste, presentation, and quality.
- Prepare products within the defined service time.
Kitchen Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow opening, operating, and closing kitchen checklists.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
- Minimize food wastage through efficient production practices.
Hygiene & Food Safety
- Follow FSSAI guidelines and company food safety standards.
- Maintain personal hygiene and proper grooming at all times.
- Monitor product shelf life and follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, utensils, refrigerators, and storage areas.
Inventory Management
- Assist in daily stock checking and inventory management.
- Report shortages, damages, or expired products to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items.
Customer Service
- Support smooth kitchen operations to ensure timely order delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with the service team.
- Maintain a positive attitude during peak business hours.
Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Follow instructions from supervisors promptly.
