Job Description

Position Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition Department Human Resources Location As per Company Requirement Reporting To HR Head / Manager Human Resources Qualification MBA in Human Resources (MBAƻHR) from a recognized institute. Additional certifications in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or related areas will be an added advantage. Experience Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels. Hands-on experience working with leading job portals and recruitment platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Understand manpower requirements in consultation with department heads and hiring managers. Prepare and publish job advertisements through job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 2. Sourcing & Screening Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, databases, and social media platforms. Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, competencies, and cultural fit. Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with stakeholders. Maintain an updated talent database and ensure timely candidate engagement. 3. Interview Coordination & Selection Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process. Assist in salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining confirmations. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. 4. Onboarding Manage pre-joining engagement activities to enhance joining ratios. Coordinate documentation, background verification, and joining formalities. Facilitate induction and onboarding processes for new employees. Ensure timely completion of all onboarding activities. 5. Recruitment MIS & Compliance Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, dashboards, and databases. Monitor recruitment metrics such as turnaround time, sourcing effectiveness, cost per hire, and offer-to-join ratio. Ensure adherence to organizational recruitment policies and procedures.

Desired Skills

& Competencies Strong understanding of talent acquisition methodologies and recruitment best practices. Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms. Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment capabilities. Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Preferred Profile Energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented professional. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
