Responsibilities
Cash Financial Handling: Sales Returns Management: Compliance SOP Adherence: Professional Conduct Development: Prepare and manage cash float and petty cash. Handle and track gift vouchers. Process and track cash refunds efficiently. Manage sales returns and credit note issues. Track and resolve discrepancies related to short and excess stock. Ensure all operations comply with company policies and SOPs. Implement and adhere to reimbursement guidelines. Maintain proper grooming and punctuality. Adapt to new policies, procedures, and continuous improvements.
