They are looking for an SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant with 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management.
This is a CONTRACT-TO-HIRE position with our client.
Candidates should be willing to work from the office and in a hybrid model.
The ideal candidate should have equivalent working knowledge across PP and QM, with strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, quality processes, SAP configuration, integration, testing, and end-user support. Exposure to SAP PP-PI and Variant Configuration will be an added advantage.

Required Skills and Experience
- 5 to 9 years of relevant SAP functional experience in SAP PP and SAP QM.
- Strong and balanced knowledge of both SAP PP and SAP QM modules.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, shop floor execution, and quality control processes.
- Hands-on configuration experience in SAP PP and QM.
- Experience in support, rollout, enhancement, or implementation projects.
- Good knowledge of master data such as material master, BOM, routing, work centers, production versions, inspection plans, task lists, MICs, and quality info records.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
- Experience in preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP teams for developments.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
Good to Have / Added Advantage
- Exposure to SAP PP-PI processes such as process orders, master recipes, resources, phases, PI sheets, and batch management.
- Knowledge of Variant Configuration, including characteristics, classes, dependencies, configurable materials, and integration with production planning.
- Experience in batch management, classification, serial number management, or manufacturing execution integration.
- Exposure to quality integration with production, procurement, sales, and warehouse processes.
- SAP S/4HANA experience or migration project exposure.
- SAP certification in PP and/or QM will be an added advantage.
