They are looking for BDM-SECURITY SOLUTIONS AND SALES Location : Head Office (Mumbai) Report To : Business Head Working Days : Monday to Friday with Last Saturday Working About the Role: They are seeking a seasoned, aggressive and strategic Security Business Unit to lead sales and operational growth across India. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in cybersecurity sales, strong leadership capability, and the ability to drive a large multidisciplinary team towards achieving aggressive revenue targets. This role demands a strong business mindset, technical acumen, and proven success in scaling security portfolios in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving total security portfolio revenue targets (e.g., INR 50 Crores+ annually). Formulate and execute PAN-India sales strategies. Drive sales across the full spectrum: Cybersecurity: Endpoint, Network Security, Data Security, SIEM, SOC services. Physical Security: CCTV, Access Control, Surveillance, Intrusion detection. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals and pre-sales consultants Build relationships with CXOs/IT Heads to understand business needs and drive, design, and deploy integrated solutions. Maintain strong relationships with top IT/Security OEMs for best pricing and technology updates. Ensure PCL accountability for the business unit, driving profitability through optimized sales, and project delivery. Experience Requirements: BachelorÆs degree in computer science/IT/Engineering; MBA is a plus. 6 to 12 years in technology sales, with at least 5-6 years specifically in security sales leadership. Deep understanding of the Indian security market landscape, including regulatory compliance. Proven track record in selling complex SI solutions and managing large-scale, enterprise-level projects. Valid industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are highly desirable. High-level consultative selling and negotiation. Strong understanding of IT/Security converged systems. Excellent networking and presentation skills. Desired Attributes: Ability to lead transformation in a fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape. Strong business acumen and experience in aligning security objectives with revenue goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities. Experience in incident response, crisis management, and vendor governance. CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH SYSTEM INTEGRATOR COMPANIES WILL BE PREFERRED.
