Job Title: Financial Product Advisor Client Solutions Role Overview The Financial Product Advisor û Client Solutions serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on financial products, accounting workflows, and platform capabilities. The role focuses on helping clients optimize their finance and accounting operations by delivering consultative support, resolving product-related queries, and driving adoption of platform features that enhance business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines knowledge of finance and accounting processes with strong analytical and client relationship skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and maximize product value.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Relationship Management Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business requirements and recommending appropriate product solutions. Provide consultative guidance on finance and accounting workflows, product capabilities, and best practices. Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and effective issue resolution. Financial Product Consultation Support clients across finance and accounting processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Claims, Payroll, and related financial operations. Guide clients on product functionality, workflow optimization, implementation support, and process enhancements. Analyze client challenges and recommend practical solutions aligned with business objectives. Solution Management Own client requests from initiation through successful resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and stakeholder communication. Investigate and resolve functional and product-related issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams where required. Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client engagements and resolutions. Product Adoption & Business Growth Identify opportunities for clients to leverage additional platform features that improve efficiency and productivity. Recommend relevant product enhancements and value-added solutions based on client needs. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams by sharing qualified business opportunities when appropriate. Quality, Compliance & Operational Excellence Ensure all client interactions adhere to organizational quality standards, compliance requirements, and documentation guidelines. Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying recurring client challenges and recommending enhancements. Expectations from the Individual Deliver a consultative and solution-oriented client experience. Independently manage client engagements while maintaining high levels of ownership and accountability. Consistently achieve key performance indicators related to client satisfaction, quality, responsiveness, and productivity. Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and business acumen. Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and trusted advisory. Required Qualifications BachelorÆs degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. 1û3 years of experience in Financial Advisory, Client Consulting, Product Support, SaaS Solutions, Financial Operations, or Customer Success. Hands-on experience with finance and accounting processes such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Claims, Payroll, or related functions. Experience supporting global or international clients in a client-facing environment is preferred.
