Role Overview
Della is looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Architecture to lead the architectural design strategy and execution across luxury real estate, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will be a strong design leader with experience in reputed real estate organizations, excellent industry relationships, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality landmark projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall architectural vision, design strategy, and development process for Della projects.
- Manage concept design, design development, technical coordination, and execution from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with Urban Planning, Landscape, Interior Design, Engineering, Project Management, and Business teams.
- Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and design submissions.
- Ensure design excellence, functionality, sustainability, quality standards, and timely delivery.
- Manage external architects, consultants, contractors, and design partners.
- Drive innovation through global design trends, new technologies, and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading architects and industry stakeholders.
- Mentor and lead the internal architecture team to achieve design excellence.
Experience & Qualification
- 15- 20+ years of experience in Architecture and Design Leadership.
- Minimum 8 years in a senior leadership role.
- Mandatory experience with a reputed real estate developer handling luxury residential, township, hospitality, mixed-use, or premium commercial projects.
- B.Arch / M.Arch qualification preferred.

Travel Requirement
The candidate should be open to regular travel between Mumbai, Lonavala, project sites, consultant offices, and business meetings as required.
Compensation : Open to negotiate basis experience, project portfolio, leadership capability, and industry exposure.
