About the Role
Della Townships is seeking a creative and performance-driven Manager ? Social Media to support the development and execution of social media strategies, campaigns and digital engagement initiatives. The role requires strong execution capabilities, content understanding and the ability to manage daily social media operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head ? Social Media in developing and executing social media strategies.
? Manage daily social media activities across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
? Create and manage social media calendars, campaigns and content schedules.
? Coordinate with Content, Design and Marketing teams for creative development.
? Draft social media copies, captions, posts and campaign communication.
? Track social media performance, engagement metrics and campaign outcomes.
? Monitor trends, competitor activities and industry best practices.
? Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers and agencies.
? Manage comments, messages and online community engagement.
? Maintain social media trackers and provide regular performance reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5?8 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing / Brand Communication.
? Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and analytics.
? Experience in luxury, real estate, hospitality, lifestyle or premium consumer brands preferred.
? Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
? Experience with social media tools, analytics platforms and campaign management.
? Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Reporting & Work Expectations
- Daily reporting to Head ? Social Media.
? Coordinate closely with content, marketing and business teams.
? Travel to Lonavala as required for shoots, events and project activities.
