Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for desktop and laptop issues. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using remote access tools like TeamViewer. Configure routers, modems, printers, and other peripherals for optimal performance. Assist with networking setup and configuration of LAN/WAN networks. Resolve complex technical issues related to Windows operating systems, firewalls, VPN connections, and more.
