Technical support Engineer - International process Experience- 2-4 Years Willing to work in US shift and work from office Immediate joiners only Skills: About the Role: We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to support customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication (B2C1 level), excellent customer-handling experience, and hands-on expertise in graphic card troubleshooting, OS issues (Windows/Mac), and hardware diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for GPUs, graphics cards, and display-related issues. Troubleshoot hardware, system performance, and OS-level issues (Windows/Mac). Assist customers with driver installs, updates, configuration, and diagnostics. Manage customer interactions with professionalism and clarity. Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels. Document and close all cases using ticketing tools.
Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience in Technical Support / Hardware Support. Strong hands-on experience with graphic card troubleshooting ( Good understanding of Windows/Mac OS installation, recovery, and troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills (English B2C1 level). Good customer-handling and escalation management experience. Willingness to work in night shift.
