We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment activities. You will work closely with the TA team to help source, screen, and engage candidates for various roles.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns Handle basic communication with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates Assist in documentation and onboarding tasks where required
