Role & responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Overseeing daily parcel arrivals and dispatches while managing floor-level unloading and loading processes.
- Team Handling: Directly supervising delivery riders, loaders, and package sorters by monitoring attendance, shift schedules, and assigning delivery routes.
- System Operations (EOD Execution): Performing End of Day (EOD) system checks to reconcile cash-on-delivery (COD) collections, proof of deliveries (POD), and pending shipments.
- DEPS Management: Identifying and documenting issues like Damage, Extra, Pilferage, or Shortage (DEPS) during scanning, ensuring immediate tracking escalation.
- SOP & Audit Compliance: Adhering strictly to Delhiverys standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bag handling, sorting, and conducting facility layout audits.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
- Should be willing to work in flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays (if required).
