Role & responsibilities:
Looking for Executive - Fulfillment operations(Client Amazon Furniture)
Warehouse located at -
Sy nos. 70/1, 70/2 & 70/3 at Minnapura Village, Thyamagondlu Hobli, Nelamangala Taluk, Bangalore Rural
- Executive manages Logistics Operations for Inbound and outbound shipments and acts as a supporting function to Center Incharge
- Ensure all carting vehicles offloaded with proper scans incase of any DEPS (Damage Extra Pilferage Short) to be captured and brought to the notice of his reporting manager same day, maintain 5-S on floor all the time with FLMS (Facility Layout Management System)
- Dispatch shipments which are available to dispatch by using call before dispath method make sure to check major / monior damages, shortages, invoices are available for B2B shipments while FE/BP on the route
- Plan, call to client and Dispatch all PUR (pickup requests) on the route and co-ordinate with FE/BP for smooth transaction
- Peform EOD (End of day / dispatch) for First mile & Last mile, collect all pending shipments and B2B documents, collect POD /COD/FOD/FOP from the FE/BP and submit to the TL
- Ensure all First mile shipments & B2B documents / return pickup shipments are loaded to the cating vehicle and departed to the midmile center / hub /gw
- FLMS audit to be performed on a daily basis & Center audit to be performed twice in a week any missing to be cleared within 24hrs TAT
- Proof of delivery to be uploaded & connected same day to the POD cell
