Role: Summary: Drive Cross Border (International) business and cross-sell Delhivery''s logistics solutions through the franchise network. Own regional revenue, franchise growth, partner productivity, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive XB (International) revenue through franchise partners. Cross-sell Domestic Express, Surface, PTL, FTL, Warehousing, and Value-Added Services. Onboard and develop franchise partners to maximize business. Acquire SME, D2C, exporter, and importer customers. Achieve revenue, shipment, and profitability targets. Lead regional sales teams and strengthen partner relationships. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding and service delivery. Desired Profile: Graduate/MBA preferred. 6?10 years in Logistics, Express, International Courier, or Channel Sales. Strong experience in B2B sales, franchise management, and team leadership.
