Role & responsibilities M: onitor and manage daily manpower deployment as per operational requirements.
Coordinate with manpower vendors to ensure timely availability of resources. Work closely with the Operations Team for employee onboarding and workforce planning. Track and maintain employee attendance records accurately. Address and resolve employee queries and concerns in a timely manner. Coordinate with vendors for employee documentation, ID card issuance, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements. Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and HR documentation. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. Follow up with vendors and employees to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
