Roles and Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of Fulfillment Center (FC) to ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in supply chain operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in FC Operations or related field such as White Goods Fulfillment Operations. Strong understanding of Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Operations. Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively. Proficiency in using technology tools for tracking inventory levels and managing orders.
