Role PurposeThe Regional Sales & Operations Manager (RSOM) will be responsible for driving end-to-end regional business performance across North & East India for the rooftop solar vertical. The role will lead channel-driven sales growth, EPC execution oversight, and partner ecosystem development across C&I, Residential, and Product businesses. The incumbent will own the regional P&L and lead a team of 8-10 Channel Sales Managers (CSMs).
Regional Business Leadership & P&L OwnershipOwn regional P&L including revenue, margins, and cost optimization. Drive forecasting, planning, and profitability.
Channel-Led Sales Strategy & ExecutionDrive revenue via channel partners, EPC partners, and installers across C&I, Residential, and Products.
Team Leadership - Channel Sales ManagersManage and mentor 8-10 Channel Sales Managers; drive partner acquisition, productivity, and revenue delivery.
Channel Partner Ecosystem DevelopmentExpand installer, dealer, and EPC network; improve partner engagement and productivity.
Large Deal ManagementLead large C&I and institutional deals and support high-value negotiations.
EPC Operations OversightEnsure coordination with EPC teams for timely project execution and commissioning.
Customer ExperienceEnsure seamless customer lifecycle and manage escalations for key clients.
Regulatory & Stakeholder ManagementEngage with DISCOMs and regulatory bodies; ensure compliance with policies.
Market ExpansionIdentify new markets and growth opportunities; monitor competitor activity.
