Job Description
Sales Support Operations
- Manage daily sales support activities, including sales order processing, price approvals, customer code creation, and credit deviation management.
- Monitor the sales order book and ensure adherence to defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Provide fast, accurate, and high-quality support to sales teams by resolving queries promptly and ensuring all processes are completed within the stipulated TAT.
- Ensure smooth and efficient execution of order management processes to support business objectives.
Data Analysis & Strategy
- Analyze key operational parameters, including sales order processing, price approvals, customer code creation, and credit deviations, to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and improvement plans that enhance order fulfillment efficiency and support overall sales growth.
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend process improvements based on data-driven analysis.
Workflow Automation & Technology Implementation
- Review daily operations to identify repetitive and manual tasks that impact team productivity and efficiency.
- Drive the implementation of AI-based tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate repetitive data entry and document processing activities.
- Develop, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all managed processes and activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve existing systems, workflows, and processes.
- Ensure automation initiatives contribute to faster, smoother, and more accurate order fulfilment.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
