Role & responsibilities Develop and implement effective rooftop solar sales strategies in line with company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site assessment coordination, proposal development, customer negotiations, and deal closure. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless execution of installations. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management. Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and competitor activity. Recruit, train, and manage a team of solar sales executives or channel partners as needed. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
