Job Description:
The CBS Transformation Lead is responsible for driving and executing the strategic transformation of transaction processing at CBS. This role focuses on improving, and automating CBS processes, systems, and operational efficiencies and drive FTE reduction to align with the functions overall objective. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in GBS space, process optimization, and change management. Candidate must have lead at least 1 full cycle of digital transformation using RPA, AI tools & created management dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end CBS transformation initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Partner with CBS Head and stakeholders to define and implement strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements and automation solutions across CBS (e.g., AP, AR, R2R, MTI, H2R and financial reporting).
- Oversee change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during system or process changes.
- Ensure alignment of CBS transformation projects with stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the CBS and IT, ensuring smooth communication and execution of technology implementations.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for transformation projects, ensuring milestones are met.
- Provide training, and guidance to CBS to embrace new technologies and processes.
- Monitor the performance of new systems and processes, identifying areas for further improvement or optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve.
Key Qualifications/skills:
- BachelorÆs degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or professional finance certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in GBS, with a focus on process improvement, digitalisation and transformation.
- Strong project management skills, with proven ability to lead large-scale projects across multiple departments.
- Experience with SAP ERP financial systems implementation and automation tools.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders, and C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in change management and training teams on new technologies and processes.
