The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data warehousing, ETL/ELT development, DBT modeling, and Python-based data engineering solutions. The role involves working closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to build high-quality data products and support enterprise analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL, and DBT. Develop and optimize data transformation models in DBT (Data Build Tool). Write efficient and scalable SQL queries, stored procedures, and views. Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows across multiple data sources. Implement data quality checks, testing, and validation using DBT. Work with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP. Optimize query performance and data processing efficiency. Collaborate with business analysts and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production data issues. Follow best practices for data governance, version control, and CI/CD processes.
