Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, risk management, and ensuring successful deployment of SAP best practices using the SAP Activate methodology.
The Project Manager will collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP consultants, system integrators, and technical teams to drive projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Drive project governance and ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, fit-to-standard workshops, and solution design discussions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Functional, Technical, Integration, Data Migration, and Change Management workstreams.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting to leadership and steering committees.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Oversee testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and Go-Live readiness activities.
- Support cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and project closure activities.
- Ensure delivery quality, adherence to best practices, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of SAP project management experience.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Cloud ERP deployment models.
- Experience managing global or multi-country SAP programs.
- Proven expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and vendor management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile, Hybrid Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Activate Project Manager Certification.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Signavio.
- Knowledge of finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or HR business processes.
