Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of SAP OneSource projects, ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing SAP OneSource modules such as ESS (Employee Self Service), MSS (Manager Self Service), and OTBI (Online Analytical Business Intelligence).
- Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
