Role & responsibilities P: erform protein estimation using standard biochemical techniques.
Conduct Host Cell Protein (HCP) analysis using ELISA. Analyze Host Cell DNA (hcDNA) using HPLC and other applicable analytical techniques. Perform electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE/Agarose Gel) for protein and DNA characterization. Carry out Western Blot analysis for protein identification and confirmation. Prepare samples, perform testing, and accurately document analytical results. Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, SOPs, and laboratory safety guidelines. Maintain laboratory instruments, reagents, and analytical records. Assist in method execution, troubleshooting, and routine laboratory activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytical testing and product development.
