Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for driving high-volume recruitment for logistics operations by sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across hubs, warehouses, and delivery networks.
- Manage end-to-end field recruitment for logistics roles, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements and achievement of hiring targets.
- Source and hire frontline logistics talent through field activities, job fairs, referrals, and local hiring channels to support business operations.
- Execute bulk hiring initiatives for logistics and supply chain operations while maintaining quality, turnaround time, and candidate experience.
- Drive recruitment of delivery associates, warehouse staff, and operations personnel to meet workforce demands across assigned regions.
- Conduct field-based talent acquisition activities to attract, assess, and onboard candidates for logistics and last-mile delivery operations.
- Support logistics business growth through efficient volume hiring, stakeholder coordination, and workforce pipeline management.
- Ensure timely closure of logistics positions by leveraging multiple sourcing channels and maintaining strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Lead mass recruitment campaigns for logistics operations, focusing on workforce availability, hiring quality, and onboarding efficiency.
