Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to implement, configure, and support Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Core HCM and related modules, with the ability to gather business requirements, configure solutions, and support end-to-end Workday implementations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, and support Workday HCM solutions based on business requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Configure and maintain Core HCM and other Workday modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Perform system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Support Workday releases by evaluating new features and implementing enhancements where applicable.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Configure Workday security roles and business processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams on Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Prepare functional specifications, user guides, and technical documentation.
- Conduct user training and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and best practices.
