Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough testing of general insurance products, including motor insurance policies.
- Identify defects and bugs in software applications related to policy issuance, claims processing, and customer service.
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and resolve issues found during testing.
- Develop test plans, cases, and scripts for new features and enhancements.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in manual testing of general insurance products (motor insurance).
- Strong understanding of general insurance industry practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in creating detailed test cases using various techniques such as black box, white box, or gray box approaches.
