Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect with 15+ years of overall IT experience and extensive expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting experience in designing, implementing, and leading enterprise-wide Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with deep functional knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, and Oracle Grow.
The Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, HR leadership, technical teams, and project managers to define HCM transformation strategies, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM solution design and architecture.
- Implement and configure Core HR, Talent Management, and Oracle Grow modules.
- Conduct requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, solution workshops, and business process consulting.
- Configure enterprise structures, workforce lifecycle, talent processes, career development, succession planning, performance, and skills management.
- Collaborate with technical teams on HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP APIs, and OIC integrations.
- Provide architectural guidance, review deliverables, support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Mentor functional consultants and engage with business stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.
