Roles and Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Home Loan / LAP products Lead and manage a team of sales executives to drive performance Generate business through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels Conduct field work including market visits, builder meets, and connector visits for lead generation Handle end-to-end sales process from sourcing to disbursement Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in sales management or similar role in the NBFC industry (housing finance preferred). Strong understanding of home loan/LAP/housing finance concepts and regulations. Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
