Role: Area Sales Manager - Home Loans

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective lead generation, relationship management, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase home loan disbursements by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes affecting the housing finance sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as credit underwriting, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to optimize results


Desired Candidate Profile


  • 3-8 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of housing finance products including home loans, LAPs (Loan Against Property), HLs (Housing Loans), etc..
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders alike.
