Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional to lead a team and drive Personal Loan Cross Sell (PLCS) business in Bangalore. The role involves managing sales operations, achieving business targets, coaching team members, and ensuring high-quality customer acquisition while maintaining compliance with company policies. ##
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Officers to achieve business objectives.
- Drive Personal Loan Cross Sell (PLCS) sales through branch channels, referrals, and local market activities.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to improve productivity and performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities, conversion ratios, and team productivity through regular reviews.
- Build strong relationships with branch teams, channel partners, and customers.
- Ensure quality sourcing, accurate documentation, and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
- Track business performance through MIS reports and implement action plans to improve results.
- Resolve customer and team escalations promptly while maintaining excellent service standards. ## Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate .
- 1?5 years of experience in Personal Loan, Retail Assets, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Bangalore market and customer acquisition strategies. ##
