About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive ? Corporate Services & Marketing Procurement to support strategic sourcing and procurement activities across Corporate Services, Marketing, and other indirect procurement categories. The role will be responsible for driving cost optimization, supplier management, procurement governance, contract administration, and stakeholder satisfaction while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and approval processes.
The incumbent will manage end-to-end sourcing activities including RFx management, commercial negotiations, vendor onboarding, contract coordination, spend analysis, reporting, and supplier relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
- Manage sourcing activities across corporate services and marketing categories including:
- Insurance
- Advertising & Media Buying
- Digital Marketing
- Creative & Branding Agencies
- Printing & Promotional Materials
- Events & Exhibitions
- Corporate Gifting
- Travel & Administrative Services
- Uniforms
- Professional & Consulting Services
- Execute RFQs, RFPs, commercial bid evaluations, and supplier selection in line with procurement policies.
- Conduct market research, supplier benchmarking, and vendor discovery to support sourcing decisions.
- Identify cost-saving, supplier consolidation, and value engineering opportunities.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Marketing, Corporate Communications, HR, Admin, Facilities, RCM, and business stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies and procurement plans aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure timely procurement support for campaigns, projects, operational requirements, and events.
Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage suppliers across assigned categories.
- Monitor supplier performance, service levels, and contractual commitments.
- Support vendor risk assessments, supplier rationalization, and business continuity initiatives.
- Resolve supplier issues, commercial disputes, and delivery escalations.
Commercial Negotiation
- Lead commercial negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, payment terms, service levels, and contractual safeguards.
- Prepare comparative statements, commercial evaluations, and negotiation summaries.
- Track procurement savings, cost avoidance, and value-added initiatives.
Contract & Procurement Governance
- Coordinate contract drafting, renewals, amendments, and closures with Legal and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure complete procurement documentation, approvals, and audit-ready records.
- Maintain compliance with procurement policies, Delegation of Authority (DOA), conflict-of-interest guidelines, and internal controls.
Spend Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze category spend to identify opportunities for savings, consolidation, and demand management.
- Prepare procurement dashboards, sourcing reports, savings trackers, and supplier performance reports.
- Monitor procurement KPIs including sourcing cycle time, savings, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Digital Procurement & Process Improvement
- Utilize ERP and procurement systems for procurement operations and reporting.
- Support procurement automation, catalog management, and process standardization initiatives.
- Contribute to digital procurement transformation and data quality improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- MBA / PGDM / CIPS certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 4?6 years of experience in indirect procurement, corporate services procurement, or marketing procurement.
- Experience in managing sourcing across multiple indirect procurement categories.
- Exposure to procurement governance, supplier negotiations, contract management, and spend analytics.
