Role purpose: To provide Technical Leadership on Proactive Operational Monitoring, Incident, Problem Resolution, and Change Reviews for Amdocs Billing Components. Desired Profile (Overall & Relevant work experience, skills, technical/ domain knowledge, Customer handling, Geographical exposure etc: Essential - 12 to 15 years of total experience - Experience with Amdocs Billing for a minimum of 5 years with focus on any or more of the below: Amdocs Enabler any version Amdocs Turbo Charging - Proven track record of technical leadership in BILLING operations space especially in triaging and resolving service impacting incidents in a timely fashion through hands on technical management of the incident - Essential Billing Knowledge related to; Knowledge of RLC (Rating Logic Configurator) is must Knowledge of Event server, F2E Knowledge of DB2E and RRP(Rerate Process) Real Time rating Pipeline rating Pricing Configuration Billing and invoicing Collections Knowledge of different tables such as rated_event, trb_manager DBMS: Oracle 10g Software Development: C, XML, SQL, PL/ SQL Scripting (UNIX shell or Perl) Java, Java API (nice to have) - Have worked in a large multi- location enterprise IT set up
