- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to forecast, plan, execute, track, and update all shipments and orders.
- Serve as a consistent point of contact for client queries regarding warehousing, logistics, inventory, transportation and shipment.
- Track shipment status and resolve service-related issues; promptly communicate updates to clients.
- Prepare, verify, and send invoices to clients for services rendered; resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
- Accountable for accurate client, shipment, billing, and AR records in WMS.
- Generate periodic MIS, shipment, billing, and reconciliation reports using Excel and WMS
- Assist in the execution of value-added services such as packaging, returns, and distribution solutions,to pass correct information to warehouse as per SOP.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support seamless account operations and address client requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client SLAs, SOPs and logistics regulations.
