We offer comprehensive door-to-door import services, including warehousing facilities, sourcing and inspection services for businesses and individuals handling everything from supplier pickup in China, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery to the client's doorstep.
We have our main office in Guangzhou, China. Similarly, we operate in Yiwu and Foshan, and we have our main office in New Delhi, India.
Our mission is to simplify global trade for our clients, enabling them to import goods from China with zero hassle.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a marketing graduate who is passionate about business development, client acquisition, and building long-term relationships. This role is critical to expanding our client base by engaging prospective importers, representing ChinatoIndia Logistics at trade exhibitions, and converting leads into loyal clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients who wish to import goods from China to their home country.
Develop and execute outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
ó Understand client requirements in detail and present ChinatoIndia's end-to-end logistics solutions effectively.
ó Convert leads into active clients by building trust, following up consistently, and closing deals.
ó Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
Exhibition & Event Representation
ó Attend trade fairs, import-export exhibitions, and industry events across India to represent ChinatoIndia Logistics.
ó Engage with business owners, traders, and importers at exhibitionsand potential markets to introduce our services and generate qualified leads.
ó Collect contact information, schedule follow-up meetings, and convert exhibition contacts into active clients.
Marketing & Brand Building
ó Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to increase brand awareness.
ó Assist in preparing brochures, presentations, proposal decks, and marketing collateral.
ó Conduct market research to identify new industries, product categories, or regions with high import demand.
Reporting & Target Achievement
ó Meet monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
ó Submit regular reports on leads generated, clients acquired, and marketing activities conducted.
ó Provide feedback from the market to management for product and service improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
ó Bachelor's degree in Marketing or International Business, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
ó MBA or a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing or International Business is an added advantage.
Experience
ó 03 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
ó Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, or international trade is a strong advantage.
ó Experience attending or working at trade exhibitions is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
ó Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language knowledge is a plus).
ó Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills ability to build rapport quickly.
ó Confident in making presentations and pitching services to business owners and decision-makers.
ó Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and the ability to work independently in a field role.
ó Basic knowledge of import/export processes, freight, customs, or the supply chain is desirable.
ó Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.
ó Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
ó Willingness to travel across cities for client meetings and exhibitions.
