Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team on a third-party payroll. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. This role requires excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations such as employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and HR records.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Support employee lifecycle activities including joining, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and employees to address HR-related queries and concerns.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR is preferred.
- Good understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools is an added advantage.
