SAP S/4HANA Service Functional Consultant
Required Skills and Experience:
7+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP Case Management, SAP CRM Service, or SAP Customer Service (CS).
Proven experience in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA Service Management solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with Service Requests, Service Orders, Service Billing, Activities, Partner Functions, Product Master Data, and Organizational Structures.
Expertise in SAP Case Management, including public sector and citizen service-related processes.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into scalable SAP service solutions.
Strong knowledge of service process design, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA Service with SAP FI, PSCD, CS, and SAP BTP.
Ability to lead workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and provide functional recommendations aligned with business objectives.
Experience supporting end-to-end project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Strong experience in incident management, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and production support.
Ability to ensure compliance with SAP best practices, governance standards, audit requirements, and documentation standards.

Experience working on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Experience in Government, Public Sector, or Judicial Services projects.
