The role will focus on identifying business opportunities across Industrial, Commercial, Infrastructure, Data Centers, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Telecom, and EPC segments while ensuring achievement of sales targets and sustainable business growth.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
12รป15 years of experience in B2B Sales within the Diesel Genset, Power Generation, EPC, Electrical Equipment, or Industrial Engineering industry.
Industry Experience
Diesel Gensets, Power Generation, EPC, Industrial Equipment, Electrical Solutions, Energy Solutions, Infrastructure Projects.
Additional Requirements
Strong knowledge of DG Sets, Power Backup Solutions, Industrial Sales, Dealer Management, Channel Sales, Key Account Management, Government Tenders, EPC Projects, CRM tools, commercial negotiations, and customer relationship management. Willingness to travel extensively across North India.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Diesel Genset business across North India.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial and infrastructure sectors.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, OEMs, and end users.
Sales Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.
- Manage complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closure.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Tender & Proposal Support
- Coordinate with Proposal, Engineering, and Commercial teams for techno-commercial offers.
- Participate in customer discussions and commercial negotiations.

Commercial Management
- Negotiate commercial terms, payment conditions, and contracts.

- Work closely with Engineering, Projects, Procurement, Service, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
