Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive Identify and research YouTubers and influencers: Continuously scout, evaluate, and shortlist relevant creators across YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms who align with the brandÆs values and target audience. Build influencer partnerships: Initiate contact, negotiate collaborations, and maintain strong relationships with influencers to maximize brand visibility. Plan and execute influencer campaigns: Design campaign briefs, coordinate deliverables, and ensure timely execution of promotional activities. Track performance metrics: Monitor influencer content reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness. Manage social media presence: Oversee daily posting, content scheduling, and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Content collaboration: Work with influencers and internal teams to cocreate engaging posts, reels, and videos that resonate with audiences. Trend analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, viral content formats, and competitor strategies to keep campaigns fresh and relevant. Reporting and insights: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on influencer activities and social media growth, providing actionable insights for improvement. Crossfunctional coordination: Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align influencer campaigns with overall brand objectives. Budget management: Handle influencer marketing budgets, ensuring costeffective partnerships and maximum ROI.
