FINANCE EXECUTIVE:
- Finance Executive is part of the Finance Department which is responsible for all financial and accounting aspects including analysis related to our procurement, sales, prevention of revenue leakage/loss and maximising profits.
- We have about 120 vendors based in the USA, Asia and South America for procurement of products and 25 online marketplaces for undertaking online sales. All financial and accounting work related to procurement/sales has to be undertaken.
- The accounting is based on the QuickBooks system which is generally followed in the USA and for which required training will be given.
- Since the accounting system is automated, therefore it is essential
that all team members of the Finance Department are proficient in computer applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling Account Receivable/Account Payables
- Billing and Invoicing of channels.
- Keeping track of payments of vendors and channels
- Daily communicating with vendors and channels through emails
- Knowledge of Report analysis (Profit/Loss, Balance sheet). KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent knowledge of financial and taxation regulations, laws, and any changes thereof
- Needs to have excellent analytical ability.
- Good knowledge and understanding of E-Commerce.
- Proficiency in Excel and computer applications.
- Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added qualification. Core Values

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor''s degree in finance or accounting or its equivalent.
Location: - Noida, Sector 132.
Stipend - INR 15500/- per month during Management Training period. Management Training Duration 4 Months. Job Offer: On the successful completion of the Management Training the candidate can expect a Cost to Company (CTC) 3.96 (Rupees Three Lakhs Ninety Six Thousands per annum) to 4.20 LPA (Rupees Four Lakhs Twenty Thousand per annum). The CTC structure will include statutory deductions such as Provident Fund (PF) and Medical Insurance as per company policy. Additionally, employees will be entitled to an Internet Allowance as part of the benefits package.
