Role: Senior Relationship Manager
BU: Commercial Banking
SBU: Mid Corporates (Clients' Turnover - 500 to 1500 Crores)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning
- Drive growth of the Mid Corporate portfolio in line with business and revenue targets.
- Develop strategies for acquisition of new customers and deepening of existing relationships.
- Improve wallet share through focused penetration of asset, liability, trade, and treasury products.
- Ensure portfolio growth while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance standards.
Product, Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Promote the bank's asset, liability, trade finance, forex, cash management, and cross-sell products.
- Ensure adherence to all bank policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high standards of documentation, KYC, and account hygiene.
- Ensure timely processing of customer requests and adherence to journey TATs.
- Manage and close audit, compliance, and exception observations within timelines.
Business Development & Portfolio Management / Revenue Generation
- Acquire and manage Mid Corporate customers to achieve business growth targets.
- Drive advances growth, liability growth, CASA growth, and term deposit growth.
- Increase income through trade, forex, processing fees, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Focus on NTB customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships.
- Grow fund-based and non-fund-based business while improving portfolio profitability.
- Drive product penetration across assets, liability, trade, treasury, and retail banking products.
- Monitor portfolio performance, renewals, slippages, and overdue accounts.
- Ensure achievement of revenue, productivity, and return enhancement targets.
People Management
- Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across teams.
- Support business objectives through teamwork and coordination.
- Drive a customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
- Encourage accountability and timely execution of tasks.
- Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Maintain proper KYC, documentation, and account hygiene.
- Adhere to credit, risk, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor customer accounts regularly and highlight any exceptions.
- Ensure timely closure of audit and compliance observations.
- Follow ethical business practices and maintain high governance standards.
Risk and Internal Control
- Conduct customer due diligence and ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements.
- Monitor customer accounts and transactions as per bank guidelines.
- Ensure timely submission and completion of required documentation.
- Identify and escalate potential risks and exceptions.
- Adhere to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain portfolio quality and compliance hygiene.
