Job Description
- 7 1o 15 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll AUS and NZ and SF Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of AUS & NZ payroll regulations, tax requirements, and compliance standards
- Expertise in SAP HCM/SF AUS and NZ Payroll implementation and support experience.
- Should have been part of minimum 2 to 3 SAP HCM EC Payroll implementations.
- As HCM Lead should have managed Rollouts, Major Enhancements and upgrade projects.
- Experience working in S4/HANA environment preferable
- Knowledge and experience in Payroll AUS and NZ Schema, Rule changes
- Experience of End of Year HR Patching process
- Interact with HRIS, Benefits and Payroll teams to understand the requirement and business needs
- Production support and enhancement by troubleshooting and implementing configuration and technical changes
- Integration experience with third party systems

- Good hands-on experience in SAP AUS Payroll :
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for Australia including integration with Employee Central
- Set up and manage Point-to-Point (P2P) integration between EC and ECP systems
- Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
- Implement SCPI (SAP Cloud Platform Integration) for Single Touch Payroll (STP) and Real Time Information (RTI) reporting
- Execute data replication processes and create batch jobs for ongoing data synchronization
- Comprehensive understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of Australian taxation system including PAYG, superannuation, and fringe benefits
- Understanding of leave entitlements, loading calculations, and termination payments
- Familiarity with both private sector and public sector payroll requirements
- Ensure compliance with Australian taxation and employment legislation
- Configure superannuation calculations and reporting requirements
- Set up and maintain group certificates and other statutory reporting
- Handle leave liabilities calculations and reporting
- Manage termination payments and redundancy calculations according to Australian standards
- Expert knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll Australia (PY-AU) module
- Proficiency in payroll schema configuration (Q000, QPSC, Q00C)
- Understanding of wage types, processing classes, and evaluation classes
- Experience with concurrent employment functionality
- Knowledge of ABAP for payroll-related customizations
- Good hands-on experience in SAP NZ Payroll :
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for New Zealand including integration with Employee Central
- Set up and manage Point-to-Point (P2P) integration between EC and ECP systems
- Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll

- Configure superannuation calculations and KiwiSaver reporting requirements [7],[8]
- Set up Employee Monthly Schedules and Remittance Certificates for Inland Revenue Department (IRD) [4]
- Handle termination payments and redundancy calculations according to New Zealand standards
